  • Any errors due to incorrect details provided by the customer will not be our responsibility.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We offer multiple payment methods, including advance payment and COD (Cash on Delivery). COD orders require confirmation before processing.

  • In the event of non-payment or refusal of delivery, future orders may be restricted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once the order is dispatched, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and active contact details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a defect or an error from our end.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with clear images, and we will assess the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on our website belong to Daku & Bebo and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

  • Customers submitting custom designs confirm they have the right to use them, and we hold no liability for copyright claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Daku & Bebo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify policies without prior notice.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order or by law.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts.
